Job Summary:

​​​​​​​We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ITU/Critical Care Nurse to join our Intensive Therapy Unit at Colchester Hospital. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients, managing complex needs and working closely with patients' families during challenging times.

Requirements:

* Current NMC registration as an Adult Nurse (RN).

* Experience in ITU/Critical Care.

* Critical care course or equivalent qualification.

* Proficiency in ventilated patient care, invasive monitoring, and advanced therapies.

* Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
