KS2 Class Teacher - Hemel Hempstead (UET1)
Contract: Full time
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (£33,075 - £50,471)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at our two-form entry primary school in Hemel Hempstead. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, our school is committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

* Monitor and support pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners

* Maintain a well-organised and engaging classroom environment

* Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, trips, and staff collaboration

* Uphold the school's values, policies, and safeguarding procedures

We are looking for someone who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Has a current DBS on the Update Service

* Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills

* Is passionate about teaching and committed to raising standards

* Is reflective, proactive, and eager to contribute to whole-school development

* Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
