The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development across a range of abilities and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-to-one or with small groups to support learning and development.
• Assist with planning and implementing educational activities.
• Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Support children with additional needs, including SEN/ASD where applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a SEND or school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning support.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patient, caring, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred, but experience will be considered).
