Administrative Officer - Senior Leadership Support

Full-Time | Permanent | 40 hrs per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm)

Our client, a leading organisation within the specialist vehicle solutions sector, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Officer to provide dedicated support to their Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a pivotal position for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage confidential executive-level tasks with professionalism and discretion.

The Role

The Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of senior operations, with a strong focus on minute-taking, meeting coordination, and high-level administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility and contributing to organisational efficiency at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities

Attend leadership meetings and strategy sessions to take clear, concise, and actionable minutes.

*

Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting materials, and monitor completion of action points.

*

Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise internal and external meetings.

*

Draft emails, handle correspondence, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

*

Maintain strict confidentiality across all tasks and communications.

*

Manage digital and physical filing systems.

*

Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and logistics for senior team members.

*

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the SLT.

*

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support ongoing projects.

Skills & Experience Required

*

Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally supporting senior leaders or executives.

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*

Proven minute-taking and document production capabilities.

*

Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

*

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
