- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports.- Conducting thorough analysis of financial data to provide insights and recommendations to clients, aiding in their strategic decision-making.- Overseeing the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support as necessary.- Handling complex accounting issues, reconciliations, and year-end procedures.- Developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.- Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).- Several years of experience in an accountancy practice, with a strong focus on client-facing responsibilities.- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
