About the RoleThe Firm is expanding its financial reporting team by hiring a qualified ACA to join as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant reporting directly to the financial reporting partner. The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will be a key member of the financial reporting team and there would be a clear route to career progression for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Background in music, media and entertainment.
- Fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA).
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Extensive knowledge of FRS 102, knowledge of IFRS would also be desirable.
- Extensive experience of accounting and practice software packages, including CCH, Sage and Xero.
- Strong, commercially minded and proactive team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and management accounts.
- Assist with royalty examinations and similar specialist assignments.
- Assist with team training and compliance matters.
- Assist with billing and budgets.
