We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bolton that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3 qualified) to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to support pupils' learning and development while contributing to a positive and nurturing school environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning support, provide targeted interventions, and ensure that all pupils are able to engage fully in school life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of subjects.

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support pupil progress.

Assist in preparing and adapting learning resources.

Support children with additional needs to ensure inclusion and engagement.

Promote positive behaviour and encourage social and emotional development.

Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
