Overview:
We're currently supporting a Local Authority seeking an experienced Reviews Officer to provide remote support within their Housing service. This role is ideal for a confident officer who can manage statutory reviews independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing statutory housing reviews in line with Housing Act legislation

Reviewing homelessness decisions, suitability and housing duties

*

Drafting detailed and legally robust decision letters

*

Liaising with legal services, housing teams and external partners

*

Ensuring cases are progressed accurately and within statutory timescales

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Reviews Officer within a Local Authority

*

Strong knowledge of housing legislation and review processes

*

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

*

Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote role
