We're working with a well-known company in Poole to find a Goods Out Team Leader for their busy warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse work and leading a team. You'll be helping to make sure that all orders are packed, checked, and sent out correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Goods Out team
• Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately
• Check that orders are correct before sending
• Print delivery notes and shipping labels
• Keep the work area clean and tidy
• Make sure health and safety rules are followed
• Train and support team members
• Help manage supplies like boxes and labels

Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Good attention to detail
• Able to use computers and follow processes
• Friendly, organised, and reliable
