A North London construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their residential development team. This Project Manager opportunity will see the Project Manager leading apartment and housing schemes typically valued between £3m-£20m. The successful construction project manager will manage projects from inception to completion.

The Project Manager will oversee procurement, design coordination and contract administration while acting as the primary client contact throughout delivery.

• Manage programme, cost and quality control

• Lead design and contractor coordination

• Administer JCT contracts

• Chair stakeholder meetings

• Manage project reporting

• You must have prior construction consultancxy epeience to be considered for this role.

• Degree qualified in a construction discipline

• Consultancy experience essential

• MRICS or MAPM desirable

• Residential background required

• Strong organisational skills

• £48,000-£60,000
