Mechanical Services Manager
Location: Burnside, Inverkeithing, Fife, KY11 1HT.
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Mechanical Services Manager - About the role:
We are now recruiting for a Mechanical Services Manager to take full responsibility for all aspects of the operational floor, working with the sales force to deliver to target, working with the group to improve our services and working with head office to deliver on agreed KPI's.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Managerial responsibility of mechanical workshop engineers, operational support engineers and administration staff.
• Oversee general day to day operations of Mechanical Department.
• Organising of workflow and production of Mechanical Department.
• Booking in of jobs for Mechanical Department.
• Preparation of quotations and technical reports.
• Processing of orders involving ordering of materials, engineering detail and producing job route cards.
• Managing of suppliers.
• Continuous customer communication and interaction.
• Management of WIP
• Working to budgets and margin KPI's
• Responsible for final inspection and quality sign off.
• Booking out of jobs and producing delivery notes.
• Adhering to and upholding company Heath/Safety/Quality policies.
• Making workshop improvements.
Role Requirements:
• HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Apprenticeship Trained Commercially aware with a full understanding of profit performance
• Familiar in working with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental standards
• Team Player
• Experienced in all aspects of mechanical engineering
• IOSH Trained
