At Jobandtalent, we are recruiting Production Operatives to work with an important company in the Tywyn Area. You will work for a leading sports nutrition brand, delivering quality products including protein powder, vitamins and minerals, high-protein foods, and snack alternatives.

Shift Patterns:

Working Hours Days: 06:00 -18:00
Working Days: 3 out of 7 one week / 4 out of 7 the next week, on a set shift patternPay Rates

Pay rate on weekdays: £11.84
Pay rate weekend Days: £13.67
Overtime 1.5 x basic rate, after 48h/weekAs a Production Operative, you will need to have:

Ability to follow instructions and processes.
Computer literate to be trained to use the warehouse IT system
Good level of literacy and numeracy
Capable of lifting and standing for long periods
Good English language skills
Previous experience is an advantage, but not necessary as full training is provided

Working within a busy/fast-paced environment requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy.
Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg - following a recipe.
Quality checking and reporting results
Working to a schedule as part of a team
Clean-down the station between batches and allergens
Checking of batches & quantities
Following company procedures, ensure products are processed and packed safely and to the right quantity and quality.
Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.
Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
Ensure working area is always kept clean and tidy applying "a clean as you go process".
Workers will be trained on several different tasks within the production area and may be required to move between tasks/activities throughout the day.Benefits of working with us as a Production Operative:
