An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Associate to join a well-regarded law firm based in London. The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters - ranging from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals with property portfolios. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver commercially astute legal solutions and uphold the team's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of residential property files from instruction through to completion
Delivering tailored legal advice with a commercial approach
Maintaining excellent standards of client service across all transactions
Working closely with senior lawyers and partners to ensure effective solutions for clients
Developing strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
Contributing to team targets, internal cross-referrals, and networking activities
Assisting with pitches and team projects as required
Managing WIP, billing and time recording in line with firm procedures
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEx) with proven residential property experience
Solid background in handling a broad range of conveyancing matters independently
Strong client care and communication skills
Commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team
Organised, proactive and a genuine team player
