We are recruiting dedicated Night Support Workers to join our agency team, providing high-quality overnight care.

The role involves working within supported living environments, offering overnight monitoring, personal care, and medical support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide waking night supervision and ensure the individual's safety and wellbeing

*

Monitor for and respond to seizures, breathing difficulties, or medical alerts

*

Support repositioning and personal care needs throughout the night

*

Maintain a calm, low-stimulation environment, especially for individuals with sensory sensitivities

About You:

*

You have experience in care or support work, ideally within complex care, learning disabilities, or epilepsy support

*

You are vigilant, calm under pressure, and capable of lone working

*

You are reliable and committed to delivering consistent, person-centred care

*

You are trained in areas such as manual handling, epilepsy awareness, medication administration, or PEG/respiratory care (training provided where needed)

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

*

Good communication and record-keeping skills

*

A flexible, professional, and compassionate approach

Experience working waking night shifts.
