Who we are:

We are the cannabis industry’s hiring resource. In the last two years through direct hire, Vangst Gigs and our job board, we’ve connected over 10,000 people with jobs in the cannabis industry. Our team has grown from a team of one to a team of fifty with plans to hit seventy-five by the end of the year. We are recruiting a Customer Success Coordinator to undertake a variety of office support tasks, as well as work under the supervision of the Customer Success Manager to ensure a successful relationship with all of Vangst GIG’s clients and contractors. This person must work diligently under pressure, and have the ability to incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results.

What you will do:

  • Work under the supervision of the Customer Support Manager.

  • Troubleshoot issues with our contractors' when they run into issues within the company’s solution.

  • Provide support to the Accounting Team with data entry, payroll issues, weekly processing as needed.

  • Provide support as needed to the implementation team with client work.

  • Be the team member to wrap live payroll processing (print checks, send overnight packets, upload ACH and tax files).

  • Assist with onboarding Vangst team members.

  • Additional administrative duties as needed.

What you have done in the past:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google products

  • Previous experience working in customer service, or in a customer support role

  • Familiarity with Federal, State and Local employer taxes, the following States & Local municipalities will be a plus

  • Experience implementing payroll systems is highly preferred

Other

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License, and reliable source of transportation
