SHE Manager - Chemicals Manufacturing (upper tier COMAH) - Cheshire - £55-65k + bonus

A leading international chemical manufacturer is seeking a SHE Manager for its top-tier COMAH site near Northwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a SHE Manager or SHE Advisor to step up into a management role, with full support and development opportunities provided.

Key responsibilities:

Lead SHE compliance across a high-hazard manufacturing site.

*

Ensure adherence to COMAH, ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

*

Liaise with HSE, EA, and other regulatory bodies.

*

Drive process safety, incident investigations, and BBS programmes.

*

Deliver site-wide SHE training and development

What We're Looking For:

*

Experience in a chemical or high-hazard environment (COMAH preferred).

*

Strong SHE knowledge and understanding of UK safety legislation.

*

Confident communicator with potential to grow into a leadership role.

*

NEBOSH diploma or equivalent (or working towards).
