A Growing construction Company based in Oxfordshire are currently Recruiting for a Experienced Multi skilled operative to join there team

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out tasks including but not limited to:

*

Basic carpentry (e.g. stud walls, door hanging, skirting, boxing in)

*

Plaster patching and rendering

*

Tiling (kitchens, bathrooms, splashbacks)

*

Painting and decorating (internal and external)

*

Basic plumbing (e.g. fitting sinks, pipework, bathroom installs)

*

Work from technical drawings, job briefs, or under instruction from site supervisors

*

Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

*

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

*

Keep work areas clean and tidy and follow site health and safety procedures

*

Liaise with other trades and contractors on site to ensure smooth project delivery

*

Report progress and issues to the Site Manager

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in construction, property refurbishment, or fit-out projects

*

Strong ability across multiple trades (minimum 2 core trades required)

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team

*

Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail and a pride in doing the job right

*

Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred

*

Own tools (desirable, not essential - can be provided if needed)

*

CSCS card
