Title: System Admin

Location: Cambridge- Candidate should be based in 1 hr distance from Cambridge.

Mandatory Skills: Cloud AWS Admin.

THIS PROJECT IS INSIDE IR35

Ensuring all systems are monitored and alerts are handled appropriately OnPrem & AWS systems administration, provision & secure data transfers Maintaining server, storage, network, and security infrastructure through infrastructure as code.

Write and maintain code for the creation of scalable/resilient systems/infrastructure/platform services Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues production environments

Must haves

• Prior experience using automation tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Foreman, Chef, Salt, Puppet)
• Good knowledge of the various services and capabilities of cloud computing platforms; Ideally AWS Experience maintaining build system, source code management; eg TeamCity/GitLab etc
• Knowledge of IP Networking, DNS, and Firewalling
• Experience with Python, Shell Scripts and command-line tools
• Knowledge of containerisation and related orchestration technologies
• Demonstrable experience of remediation projects, ideally within a PCI-DSS certified environment.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills and natural willingness to collaborate across teams and organisations.
• Naturally able & productive with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow etc.
