Real Estate Associate - Investment & Development | Manchester

A leading, international law firm with a top-tier Real Estate practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate (NQ-5 PQE) to join its growing Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of investment and development matters, including large-scale regeneration schemes, strategic land projects, and high-value commercial and residential transactions. The team is highly regarded in the market and advises a diverse client base spanning private and public sectors.

The Role:

Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and asset management work
Supporting complex development and regeneration projects
Working on joint ventures, portfolio transactions, and strategic land matters
Involvement in Real Estate finance and cross-practice collaboration
Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision (level dependent)The Candidate:

NQ-5 years' PQE with real estate experience
Strong technical grounding with commercial awareness
Proactive, collaborative, and confident managing workload
Excellent communication and client-facing skillsThe Opportunity:
