Key Responsibilities

• Handle contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Advise on residential and commercial property disputes
• Manage boundary disputes and general property litigation matters
• Conduct TOLATA claims
• Deal with professional negligence claims relating to property
• Provide support to the commercial litigation team where required
• Undertake advocacy where appropriate
• Deliver excellent client care and manage client expectations effectively
• Contribute to firm-wide business development initiatives

About You

• 2-5 years' PQE
• Strong experience in property litigation
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Confident managing client relationships and meeting tight deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, pdfDocs (or similar) and case management systems
• Ambitious and motivated to help develop and grow the team's offering
