1:1 EYFS Support Assistant - Primary School (BL3)

Are you passionate about nurturing young children and supporting their early learning journey? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a reliable and caring 1:1 EYFS Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bolton (BL3), starting September 2025.

Location & Hours

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester (BL3 postcode)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (term time
Role Overview

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional learning needs in EYFS.
Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and help the pupil access the Early Years curriculum.
Foster the child's independence, confidence, and personal development.
Support with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, hygiene) sensitively and respectfully.
Monitor progress and collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
About You

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with children with SEND, ideally within EYFS.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Patient, empathetic, proactive, and child-centred.
Either possess or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
