Job Title: Fixed term Multi-site registered Manager
Hours of work: 37.5 hours (plus on call responsibilities)
Salary: £45000 pro rata (£22573 for 6 month period)
Base: Multi-site across Shropshire and Staffordshire (office base - Telford) - DRIVER ESSENTIAL

The client:

In collaboration with a well respected and recognised provider of care and housing within the Shropshire and Staffordshire regions, I am seeking an established and passionate multi-site registered manager to oversee their supported living and extra care services.

This role required your to be based out of their Telford office and commute across locations, such as Shrewsbury, Newcastle-Under-Lyme and Stoke-On-Trent.

The Job:

Initially employed on a fixed term basis, for 6 months, you will hold registration with CQC and oversee the operational day to day management for 10 plus services within your region.

You will have the opportunity to work with a varied team, consisting of managers and support staff. You will share your extensive knowledge and skills of person centred care and support, and play a key role in service delivery and development.

Key Responsibilities and duties will include:

" Operational day to day management
" Implementation of service improvement, quality and compliance and robust change management solutions where needed
" Internal auditing
" The delivery of person-centred care and support that effectively promotes choice, dignity, and independence
" Oversight of recruitment, training, and development, including staff supervisions
" Building effective relationships with CQC and external agencies
" Leading on referrals and assessments
" Shared on call responsibilities

Skills & Experience requirements:

" Experience of the management of CQC registered services including extra care, supported housing and residential care for older adults.
" Understanding of supporting adults with mental health diagnoses, complex health needs and dementia
" Level 5 in leadership and management
" Driving licence with access to own vehicle
" Flexibility to manage multiple sites and be visible on your services
" Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
" Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
" Empathetic, pro-active and solution focused approach
