A specialist SEN school in Corby is looking for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs. This role is well-suited to someone reliable, patient, and able to build positive working relationships with pupils and staff.
About the role - 1:1 TA - Corby, Northamptonshire -
Provide consistent 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN

Follow learning plans set by the class teacher and SENCO

Promote independence and engagement in learning

Support with personal care when required

Contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom environment
About you - 1:1 TA - Corby, Northamptonshire - Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)

Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively
