Castlefield are currently working with a housing association based who are looking for a compliance officer to join their team.

Compliance Officer (Fire) – Housing Association – About The Role:

• To be professionally accountable for ensuring that the property stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements
• To be responsible for performance managing contracts in a consistent manner
• To deliver contracts to a high standard meeting agreed specifications & performance target, achieve value for money & maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction

Compliance Officer (Fire) – Housing Association – What You Need:

• UK Driving License and own vehicle
• Obtained or working towards a Fire Qualification
• Social Housing experience
• Record of working within a compliance field both independently and as part of a team to a portfolio of residential properties
