Overview:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care to young people? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee a group of four children's homes in Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or Regional Manager looking to step into a senior leadership role with a forward-thinking provider.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic operational leadership across four residential homes.

* Hold Responsible Individual status and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.

* Drive quality and commercial performance to achieve best outcomes for young people.

* Lead safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

* Build strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders.

* Support and develop high-performing teams across the region.

* Be present and visible within services to support staff and young people.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.

* Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.

* Proven strategic leadership and operational management experience.

* Commercial awareness and ability to balance quality with financial performance.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services (desirable but not essential).

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
