Join a leading B2B manufacturing business as a Marketing Manager, where you will be the driving force behind all marketing activities. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape and grow the marketing function as the business expands. You will create content, build campaigns, produce sales materials, manage social channels, lead website development, and deliver product documentation in a high-output environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead Phase 3 of a major website build, producing all content.
- Create datasheets, catalogues, and technical product documentation.
- Deliver high-quality sales collateral including decks, leaflets, and presentations.
- Manage LinkedIn, newsletters, and maintain an ongoing content calendar.
- Plan and execute B2B campaigns, PR, and SEO activities.
- Track results in HubSpot and optimise performance based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong copywriting skills and confidence in designing in-house using tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Skilled in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- AI-savvy with a keen interest in using modern tools to enhance speed and quality of work.
