Reservations Team Leader
PPHE Hotel Group is an international hospitality real estate company, our primary focus is full-service upscale, upper upscale and lifestyle hotels and great customer service!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and committed Reservations Team Leader, with:
- Experience leading a team within the Hospitality Industry and/or a call centre environment
- Experience working with Opera PMS and/or Five9 Contact Centre solution is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Upbeat, positive, and inspiring attitude. Ability to remain calm, patient, and polite if receiving customer feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English (Dutch or other languages are not required, but an advantage)
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask and problem solve
- Able to work flexible shift patterns including some weekends & attend the office when required (advance notice will be provided)
