Help lead a small team in delivering high-quality, child-focused care in a new 3 bed EBD home. As a Team Leader, you will support the Deputy and Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and mentoring support workers.

What we're looking for;

* Experience working with children in a residential care setting

Supervisory experience or ambition to step into a leadership role

*

Relevant training and qualifications

*

An understanding of Ofsted and childrens safeguarding

*

Must have right to work in the UK

*

Enhanced DBS required
