Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives?

We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to provide one-to-one and small group support for students across secondary schools in the Croydon area.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group interventions for students with SEN

Assist teachers in adapting lessons and learning resources to support diverse learning needs

Promote students' academic progress, as well as their social and emotional development

Encourage student independence, resilience, and celebrate individual achievements

Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to meet specific learning goals

Requirements:
✔ Previous experience working with SEN students, ideally within a UK secondary school setting
✔ GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
✔ A calm, positive, and proactive approach to supporting young people
✔ Ability to work flexibly as part of a collaborative team
✔ A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
