Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a supportive Primary School? Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming Primary School in Fleetwood who are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Year 1 and Year 2, helping them to develop their confidence, independence, and love of learning. The role will run until the end of the summer term, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

Supporting pupils across KS1, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom tasks and learning activities
Helping to create a positive, stimulating learning environment
Supporting children with phonics, early literacy and numeracy
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values

We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children (school-based experience highly desirable)
A patient, proactive, and caring approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Availability to start immediately
