A growing business is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join the team. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and media channels, acting as the key liaison between the client and internal teams. 

Your key responsibilities as Account Manager:

Manage and develop relationships with a range of clients across different sectors
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across both traditional (e.g. press, print, outdoor) and digital media
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met with strategic and creative solutions
Brief internal teams (creative, media, production) and manage campaign timelines and deliverables
Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports, insights, and recommendations
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Stay on top of industry trends and emerging media channels to inform client strategies
Support the wider team with pitches, new business, and cross-functional projects as needed
What we're looking for in an Account Manager:

Extensive experience in an advertising, media, or integrated agency environment
Proven track record of managing campaigns across both traditional media (press, print, outdoor) and digital media
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Confident in managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
A good understanding of media planning and campaign performance metrics
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a creative mindset
Comfortable presenting ideas and reporting results to clients and internal stakeholders
