Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead operations at a flagship site in Clacton-on-Sea. This Maintenance Manager role offers a varied leadership position managing a team of 15 staff across three teams, ensuring all facilities, homes, and grounds are maintained to a high standard.

The successful Maintenance Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, delivering high standards and ensuring a safe, compliant environment across the park. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
