commercially minded analyst to join the team and play a key role in helping the business understand what's working, what’s not, and where to go next. The RoleThis position sits at the intersection of data analysis, commercial performance, and ecommerce strategy. Whether you're a graduate looking for your first step or have a year or two of experience, you’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You'll be based full-time in the company’s Birchwood office and work closely with senior leaders including the CEO, CFO, and CCO.You’ll support analysis across sales, marketing performance, product profitability, and supplier efficiency — directly influencing decision-making at the highest level.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and making sense of data. You don’t need years of experience — just a curious mind, commercial awareness, and confidence working with numbers.
Key qualities and skills: - Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyse and present data
- Some knowledge of basic coding or automation tools is helpful (not essential)
- A commercial thinker — you understand what drives revenue and margin
- A clear communicator — able to explain insights and back up recommendations
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership
- An interest in ecommerce, technology, or gaming is a big plus
Key ResponsibilitiesEvery day will be different, but your core focus areas will include:
- Monitoring key performance metrics across sales, marketing, and product
- Analysing ecommerce performance and customer journey behaviour
- Supporting pricing, promotional, and profitability strategies
- Evaluating supplier performance and product range efficiency
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve outcomes
- Presenting insights and recommendations directly to the leadership team
- Contributing to wider business-critical projects
