We're working with a warm, well-resourced independent Jewish primary school in NW11 to find a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September.

This full-time Learning Support Assistant role involves providing 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with additional needs, helping them thrive both academically and socially. You'll work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

💡 The Role:

1:1 support for a KS2 pupil during lessons and unstructured times (e.g. break, clubs)

*

Collaborating with class teachers and SEN staff to plan tailored support

*

Providing feedback on progress and contributing to ILPs/Annual Reviews

*

Attending relevant training and staff meetings as part of the wider school team

✅ The Ideal Learning Support Assistant:

*

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant (ideally with SEND)

*

Confident supporting literacy and numeracy at KS2 level

*

Proactive, positive and nurturing approach

*

Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent desirable

*

Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and whole-child development
