You will work with their excellent and highly competent Sales and Operations teams to promote the growth of the business.Duties will include:* You will be responsible for business development - collaborate with all levels of the sales organisation on key opportunities* Develop and own strategy in line with, and execution to achieve agreed growth targets* Targeted number of client visits per month* Maintain and develop overseas partner relationships, including pipeline development, sales lead creation and focused activities with our overseas company partners* Understand customer requirements to ensure effective alignment with supplier sourcing* Conduct regular reviews of market sector strategy, new business opportunity and value creation* Ensure key client requirements are effective, profitable and linked to the operational department* Maintain service KPI's for both customer and supplierSkills and Experience: * You should have good problem solving ability* Experience of gathering and interpreting business needs and offering suitable solutions* Full driver's license with flexibility to travel nationally and overseas* Excellent organisational & time management skills
