Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) elements of work on a key project in Gloucester. This is a contract position for 21 weeks, with responsibility for managing a range of construction packages and ensuring site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all CSA-related site activities.

* Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

* Conduct daily site inspections and safety checks.

* Act as Principal Contractor representative for CSA packages.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.

* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedule and quality standards.

Scope of CSA Packages Includes:

* Structural Steelwork

* Civil Works

* Partition Walls

* Ceilings

* Raised Access Floors

* Brickwork

* Roofing

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

* CSCS Card (relevant to role)

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* First Aid at Work

* Relevant construction qualifications related to CSA disciplines
