Our client based South Cambridgeshire is seeking a Quality Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of its Quality Management System (QMS) and provide administrative support to laboratory operations. This is a varied role working across quality compliance, documentation control, and operational administration, supporting multiple teams across the business. You'll be working in an innovative regulated technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Assist colleagues with documenting and closing Quality Event actions in line with agreed timelines
• Coordinate periodic procedure reviews with relevant stakeholders
• Manage the purchasing and administration of external standards
• Support the tracking and reporting of QMS training across the organisation
• Assist with the qualification, administration, and management of approved suppliers
• Assist in maintaining equipment management systems, including tracking calibration, maintenance and service schedules
• Support procurement activities including obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders and coordinating equipment servicing
• Maintain action trackers, incident log and operational records used by laboratory and EHS teams
• Assist with laboratory access permissions and tracking mandatory training completion
• Provide flexible administrative support to support continuous improvement in systems and processes

Skills and Experience
Essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confidence working with digital systems and document control platforms
• Excellent attention to detail
Desirable
• Experience working within a certified Quality Management System such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
• Experience in a technical, scientific, or regulated environment
