Elliott Physical Therapy currently has per diem Athletic training career opportunities for licensed Athletic Trainers in Dorchester, Easton, Hingham, Milton, North Attleboro and Mansfield.

The Athletic Trainer provides on-site athletic event coverage including pre- and post-event requirements.
Maintains appropriate quantities of first aid/athletic training supplies required for each event. Communicates with the clinical manager of Elliott PT, coaches, AD's, event coordinators, parents and athletes regarding injury management, prevention, and first aid recommendations.
The Athletic Trainer makes appropriate suggestions to athletes that are in need of Physical Therapy, works directly with the Elliott PT clinics to coordinate appropriate care.
Produce timely and accurate records and reports to the clinical manager.
Maintains established policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, and infection control.
The Athletic Trainer must have effective oral and written communication skills; have the ability to adapt to new procedures and techniques, and work under pressure.
Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine, or PT with ERA certification. Current MA Athletic Trainer License. Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR/AED certification for the Healthcare Provider.
