The Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team, managing the financial and contractual aspects of our super prime residential projects. You will ensure cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for luxury residential projects.

  • Manage project costs, including procurement, valuations, and final accounts.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.

  • Monitor project progress, identify cost risks, and implement value engineering solutions.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project delivery within budget.

  • Prepare financial reports and provide cost advice to support decision-making.

About You:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in high-end residential or similar sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costs in luxury residential projects.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying tools.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent) are preferred.
