Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled MIG / TIG Welder in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Duties of a MIG / TIG Welder:

* Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment to fabricate metal components according to specifications

* Assemble and fit metal parts using hand tools and power tools

* Read and interpret technical drawings / Blueprints

* abricate sheet metal components as necessary for various projects

Requirements of a MIG / TIG Welder:

* Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder or in a similar role within the fabrication industry

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively

* Familiarity with welding techniques, including stick welding, MIG and TIG

* Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Details of a MIG / TIG Welder:

* Hours - Mon to Thurs 8:30am - 4:30pm, Fri - 8:30am - 12pm

* Pay - £13 to £16.50 per hour
