A well backed student accommodation platform is looking to hire a Group Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The business has built a strong reputation in the PBSA market and continues to expand its portfolio across the UK and Europe. With significant institutional backing and an active development pipeline, finance sits close to the commercial heart of the business.

This role sits within the central finance team and will support group reporting during a busy period for the business. It's a broad role with exposure across consolidated reporting, statutory accounts and working closely with senior finance leadership.

For someone recently qualified, it's a strong opportunity to step into a group level role within a high quality real estate platform, gaining exposure to a complex structure and an experienced leadership team.

The role is based in Borehamwood and offered on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You'll likely be:

* ACA / ACCA qualified
* Currently working in audit or a financial reporting / group reporting role
* Comfortable preparing statutory accounts and working with consolidated numbers
* Interested in gaining experience within a real estate investment platform
