An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team within a market-leading organisation. This is a pivotal role, providing insight and challenge to drive divisional performance, supporting senior leadership, and influencing strategic decisions.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Lead the production and analysis of divisional monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy in revenue and profit expectations.
• Partner with senior leaders to review financial performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions to improve both financial and operational metrics.
• Support the division on M&A opportunities and strategic bids.
• Oversee and present high-quality board reporting to provide insight into divisional performance.
• Drive the end-to-end budget process, meeting all group deadlines.
• Contribute to month-end reviews, WIP analysis, and project margin evaluations.
• Collaborate with the wider Finance team on process improvements, and team development initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can combine financial expertise with strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills. You will have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• At least 2 years’ post-qualified experience.
• Proven experience in a business partnering role.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• A proactive approach to driving process improvements and efficiencies.
• Exposure to senior leadership and involvement in strategic decision-making.
