We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team in the beautiful New Forest. You'll be the face of an exciting new development, guiding customers through their buying journey — from first enquiry to handing over the keys to their dream home.

Your role will include:

Welcoming and building rapport with potential buyers

*

Conducting viewings and showcasing our stunning homes

*

Guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish

*

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders

*

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

*

This will be an opportunity to join the launch of the site

What we're looking for:

Proven sales experience (property or new homes experience is a bonus)

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

*

Highly organised, with great attention to detail

*

Confident working to targets and deadlines

*

A proactive, can-do attitude
