Aqumen Recruitment have been requested to recruit Production Operatives to work as part of a team with an exciting manufacturing business based in Morley - LS27.

Our client is seeking production operatives on a long term basis.

Pay Rate: £8.80 per hour.

Main Responsibilities of this job are:

· Working alongside machinery

· Packing of products as per customer specification & within a timely manor

· Manual handling / Lifting

· Adhere to the Quality procedures / processes for all products

· Quality Checks on products, comparing to sample as per customers specification

· House keeping

· Assisting others

· Achievement of production KPI's (Targets)

· Maintain production speed levels

· Completion of production paper work

· Follow the Safety, hygiene and environmental procedures on the site

Candidates should be able to show the following skills and abilities:

· Previous production experience

· Experience of working under time pressures.

· Excellent time keeping and attendance

· Be able to follow written and verbal instructions

· Good level of written and verbal English.

· Be able to work in a team environment

· Willingness to learn.

· Looking for long term work

Hours of work

Continental shift pattern working both days & nights.
06.00am-18.00pm & 18.00pm-06.00am
