Class 1 HGV Night Drivers Required - Ongoing Work📍 Location: Worksop💷 Pay Rates (Nights):
- £21.58 per hour (between 02:00 - 06:00pm)
- £18.04 - £18.38 per hour (outside of these hours)
🕐 Start Times: Between 15:00 - 22:00
The Best Connection Sheffield is currently recruiting multiple Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a well-established client based in the Worksop area.This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers seeking steady, ongoing night work with excellent pay rates.🚚 The Role
- Depot-to-depot trunking
- 8-9 hour shifts
- Minimal handball (if any)
- 5 days per week (flexibility to work 5 out of 7 during peak periods)
- Assessments & inductions available weekly
- Full-time ongoing work available from February/March
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Complete depot-to-depot trunking routes
- Follow daily delivery schedules
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
- Drive safely and compliantly with UK road traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with the transport team regarding delays or issues
📋 Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 experience
- Up-to-date CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Ability to provide two references
- Excellent timekeeping & communication skills
- Reliable, professional attitude
