HR Advisor - 15 month FTC
£50,000 - £60,000 | Hybrid (3 days based onsite in Liverpool Street)
Are you an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment? Do you enjoy balancing operational excellence with meaningful stakeholder support? We are partnering with a leading, highly respected organisation based in Liverpool Street who are looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team on a 15-month FTC.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional and genuinely supportive environment, where you'll play a key role in delivering first-class HR operations and helping shape the employee experience across multiple teams.
In this varied and hands-on role, you will be the go-to person for delivering smooth, accurate and timely HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all starters, leavers, parental leave, global secondments and internal moves.
- Responding to HR policy queries and supporting with ad-hoc reporting alongside central HR and Finance teams.
- Analysing HR data and sharing insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Reviewing contracts, letters and HR correspondence to ensure accuracy.
- Contributing to annual HR cycles: talent review, performance, and salary review.
- Supporting engagement initiatives and HR projects, including early careers, onboarding improvements and process transitions.
- Managing sickness absence and return-to-work processes.
- Note-taking for ER meetings with the opportunity to build case management experience.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Strong HR advisory experience with excellent understanding of HR processes and best practice.
- Superb attention to detail, excellent organisation, able to juggle multiple priorities with confidence.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and use initiative.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to support stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, team-focused approach.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) preferred.
