ANTA Education are a recruitment business specializing in the further education sector.
On behalf of our client, a growing private training provider.
We are seeking a confident and energetic individual, with excellent organisational and communication skills, to provide world class business improvement training.
Delivering the Level 2 apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance to their nationwide client base.
The ideal candidate will have six sigma experience and be willing to work towards level 3 delivery.
Working at the client’s premises and from home.
With once per month office days in the midlands or at head office in Yorkshire.
This role has excellent potential to expand going forward for the successful candidate.
Although you will self-manage your diary and caseload, you will also be part of a team who regularly get together for standardisation and improvement meetings and offsite days.
Key roles and responsibilities: Delivering Improving Operational Performance Apprenticeship Training programs in both frameworks and standards Working hours to be based around client needs.
Working alongside and supporting our other trainers delivering programs to give maximum value to clients.
Forming key relationships with clients and to oversee collaborative working with both levy and non-levy paying employers in order to maximise apprenticeship take up.
To support the continuing development of suitable delivery models which are both flexible to meet the needs of employers whilst ensuring the requirements of the apprenticeship standards and assessment plans are met.
To complete assessment and programme delivery, ensuring appropriate data is captured and inputted into the organisation information system to show evidence of apprenticeship performance Contribute to business development by raising the profile of the company and building strong external relationships.

· To ensure requirements of awarding and funding bodies are adhered to, internal procedures followed, and audits result in good or better Desired Skills and Experience: Assessor and IQA qualifications are essential for this role.
A background in working for a training provider delivering apprenticeships.
A good understanding of Lean and experience in a manufacturing environment Experience of delivering the Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance Frameworks and Level 2 and 3 Standards for Lean Manufacturing Operative and Improvement Technician Six sigma experience Self-motivated and ambitious.
Strong communications skills both written and verbally Experience and qualifications in delivering Functional Skills are also essential Proficient in Microsoft package Resilient and dedicated Full driving licence
