Income:

This is a commission sales position. The average commission is $450 per sale & agents sell between 2-10 sales per week depending on part-time/full-time status.

 

Part time – 1-2 sales a week = $450-$4900 or 23k to 45k a year.

Average Full-time – 3-5 sales a week = $1350-$2250 or 70k - 117k a year.

Above Average Full-time - 6-8 sales a week $2700 – $3600 or 140k -187k a year.

Numbers are based on starting commission. A 5% raise in commission is attainable every two months based on production.
