You'll design and deliver integrations across their core applications (CRM, HR, Finance and more), ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and with accurate, real‑time data.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and developing integrations across internal applications.
Building and maintaining APIs and middleware solutions.
Mapping workflows and translating business needs into clear technical designs.
Managing data synchronisation, quality and validation.
Partnering with cross‑functional teams to harmonise systems and processes.
Identifying integration risks or bottlenecks and leading mitigation efforts.
Documenting integrations, processes and specifications for clarity and governance.
Supporting ongoing optimisation and ensuring the reliability of our integration landscape.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping and system workflows.
Experience integrating business systems such as CRM, HRIS or Finance.
Ability to analyse data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
A structured, problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
(Bonus) Experience with middleware platforms or automation tools.
