A specialist construction company is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis. Day-to-day of the role:
- Responding to client enquiries via phone and email.
- Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining records.
- Managing diaries for staff and coordinating schedules.
- Providing quotations and raising invoices.
- Offering general ad hoc administrative support to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A personable, professional, and flexible approach to work.
- Knowledge of Xero is beneficial but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
